How I fell in love

This is literally written as a story, as if its not even about me, but it is! My boyfriend wrote it for me when we were talking about the past and I've just tweaked it and added a few points. 

Well there were these two people. The girl 16 and the boy 18. They were at the same school but never really properly knew who each other were. They'd gone through their entire school lives not paying attention or noticing one another. But, as fate may have it, in the boys last A-Level exam before he was due to never ever come back to that school, the girl had her GCSE exam that same day, in that same room. The boy was already sat down by the window at the front. Then the girl walks in and at that exact moment he turned around and saw her. By some coincidence he had took notice to her facebook just the day before, so he knew who she was. Throughout that entire exam he couldn't stop looking at her, but to not seem rude he looked at her reflection in the window instead. Then a few days and a few facebook likes later, the boy plucked up the courage and messaged the girl completely out of the blue and they got talking. They seemed to just click straight away and exactly 9 days later they went on there first date. But the girl was unsure what to expect as this meeting had not been defined as a date and neither had admitted to liking one another. But that day was just bliss, so wonderful and neither of them will ever forget it. The spent a whole day together without it getting awkward or being bored. They held hands, hugged and shared there first kiss at the end of the date, with them both wanting to see the other again. It was basically love at first sight, and for the next few weeks neither of them could stop thinking about the other. It wasnt until the next date, exactly 22 days later that they made there amazing relationship official for all to see. And 2 & a half years down the line the two of them are just as happy, if not more, then they were after there first date. Unlike most fairytales its fair to say that this couple will definitely live happily ever after.
      And later after being a couple for a few months , they found out that the boy had failed the exam because he was too distracted by the girl. At first of course this news was devastating as it meant the boy couldn't go to university. But it meant they had an entire extra year to be together. And who knows how long they'd have lasted if hed of gone to uni only months after being together.
